[Fitness] Simple Ways To Exercise At Work

Working full time at the office and sitting the whole day in front of your computer is not good for your health and body. Having a back pain, tired hands and legs are the common problem when sitting too much.

To avoid these problems, it's important to know the simple ways of exercise while working. You only need a little creativity to make time for simple workouts.

If you're using a common office chair, you better change it with an exercise ball for a while. Sit on this exercise ball for 1-2 hours while working and you'll feel a relaxing feeling in your back.

Stretching your arms and wrists are also good for you when you're hands are tired already. You just need to extend your arm forward with your palm pointing up and then gently move your fingers using your other hand towards you. Hold it for 30 seconds and repeat it on your other hand.

Back stretching is also a best way to avoid back pains. You just need to sit straight and place your left arm behind your left hip and gently twist it to the left using your right hand. Hold it for 20 seconds and repeat it on the other side.

Another exercise that you can do while you're at work is the leg extension. Just sit tall and make sure that you do the "stomach-in" style. Extend your left leg until it goes to the level of your hip. Hold it for 5 seconds and repeat it to your right leg.

These easy exercises are not only for you but also for your company because having a little time to exercise could improve your concentration and it could actually make you more productive and focus to your tasks.

[Make-up] Easy Guide: Choosing the Best Eyeliner

What are the benefits and advantages of using eyeliners? The main purpose of using this is to have a very good eye impression, since the proper use of eyeliner can make your eyes bold and seductive. It can also make your eyes look firmer and make your face more attractive and gorgeous.

Now, let's talk about choosing the best eyeliner for you.

First thing to remember is that you must know what the best eyeliner for your eyes is. A perfect eyeliner can boost your facial features and there's a lot of eyeliner brands out there that might be the perfect one for you. You can go for an expensive or a cheap eyeliner, price doesn't matter because the important thing is that the eyeliner should perfectly match your eyes.

The various forms of eyeliner are also significant when applying eyeliner because it can better or worsen your appearance. For example, if you need to wear your makeup for the whole day, a pencil liner might not be the best choice since it is likely to fade and smudge over time. It would be better if you use a long lasting eyeliner like a gel, waterproof or liquid to make sure your eyeliner holds up like the rest of your beautiful face.

These are the different forms of eyeliners that we can use:
  • Pencil eyeliner
  • Glitter eyeliner
  • Gel eyeliner
  • Permanent eyeliner
  • Waterproof eyeliner
  • Liquid eyeliner

Another thing to keep in mind is the color of your eyeliner. You should always consider the color of the eyeliner that you will use or buy, and it should match your eye color. For example, you can use brown or black eyeliner when you have black colored eyes. If ever you have blue colored eyes, you can use blue eyeliner or white eyeliner.

The last thing is you must also consider is the shape of your face, skin tone, and eye brow style. You can choose an eyeliner that suits your skin tone by trying a brown and black eyeliner if you have a fair complexion. If you have a light skin tone, you can definitely use white or any other color.

[Beauty] Summer Skin Care

The summer sun is beloved because it allows us to spend more time outdoors doing the things we love. However, it is also the worst time for our skin because it brings along a number of problems like acne, rashes, prickly heat and sunburns.

Prolonged exposure to the sun results in sun damage which can lead to premature skin aging such as wrinkles, dark spots, dry skin and even skin cancer over time. But don't worry, here's a list of things you can do to make sure you have healthy and glowing skin throughout this season.

1. Wear sunscreen

Opt for water-based sunscreens for a non-sticky feel while preserving the health and look of your skin. But don't rely on body lotions and moisturizers alone, one should also slather on a lip balm with SPF to protect and heal your lips from the sun.

2. Stay out of the sun between 10am and 3pm

The hottest part of the day during the summer is the most damaging time. Get your exercise and activities done in the earlier or in the later, cooler hours of the day.

3. Wear protective clothing

Use lightweight fabrics and ones that won't itch, scratch or overheat the body. Prefer light colors over dark ones to keep the body heat level down. Be sure to pop on a hat too and use sunglasses as extended exposure to the sun's UV rays has been linked to eye damage.

4. Ditch the tan obsession

Sunbathing or lounging in a sunroom increases your chances of damaging your skin and getting skin cancer. Moreover, fake tans contain a lot of chemicals that aren't good for your skin and overall health.

5. Rinse skin after swimming

This is especially important when you've been swimming in the pool as the chlorine can dry out your skin and for some people it can even result in an allergic reaction. Same goes for sea water as this can also damage not only your skin, but your hair as well.

6. Avoid spraying perfume

The psoralens in perfume (especially in citrus ones) can permanently stain your skin when they react with the sun. So during the summertime, spritz your clothes with your fragrance rather than your skin.

7. Drink plenty of water

Hydrated skin is better skin. Dehydration results in dry skin, frown-lines, spots, a sluggish complexion and a lack of glow. Drink water regularly because it will both hydrate your skin and flush out toxins that can harm your complexion.

8. Eat healthy foods

A healthy skin comes from eating well. Cut down on sugar and processed foods which result in unbalanced blood sugar levels and therefore contribute to premature aging. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables especially the ones with high water content.

9. Examine your skin regularly

At least one a month, check for signs of sun damage on your skin. Be especially alert to moles that have changed its shape or size or that hurt, itch or bleed.

[Hairstyle] Different Hairstyles for Women

Learn how to get your perfect hairstyle and make your beauty at its best. There are different types of hairstyles that you can apply to your hair and it depends on the type of hair you have.

For Long Hair

Get long, cascading curls with high shine in your hair. First thing to do, wash your hair and use a well known conditioner so you get a healthy, glossy shining hair.

After that, dry your hair with a round brush. Then use a large curling iron and roll your hair around the barrel in one direction and then do it again in the other direction to create a ripple effect.

Once you're done, finish everything with an aerosol shine spray to have a very beautiful hairstyle.

For Short Hair

For a modern-looking hairstyle, keep your hair well-moisturized and always massage your scalp gently even when you're not washing your hair.

Place small sections of your hair into large rollers and sit under a drying hood. When your hair is nearly dry, remove the rollers and use a blower to dry your hair. After that, use a flat iron to your bangs to have a beautiful finishing touch.

For Medium Hair

For sexy, beautiful hair waves, use a gloss-enhancing shampoo and conditioner. Then blow-dry hair straight as you would do normally.

With the front/face-framing bits, hold the ends around the barrel of the round brush as you dry your hair, so you get a strong wave at the bottom.

If you want to have an additional curl to the ends of your hair, make sure that your hair is completely dry, then get a large curling iron to create a more dramatic swoop.
